: Fandango has a chance to mix with some WWE veterans other than Chris Jericho, instead he just becomes a spectator between the two guys fighting over the Intercontinental Title for way too many months.
The Miz v. Wade Barrett Intercontinental Champion
: The Miz and Wade Barrett’s feud should have fizzled out the night after WrestleMania, it hasn’t; but adding Fandango into the mix should be a nice way to freshen up this feud. Continue Reading
: Why does Brooke Hogan have a job in television again, oh wait. At least John Cena’s girlfriend provides some form of entertainment.
: Brooke being with Bully Ray was less believable than any porn scene, EVER!
: As good as Bully Ray has gotten on the microphone this angle just doesn’t do it for me, at all.
Before last night’s clean sweep of Extreme Rules The Shield was the hottest thing in professional wrestling. Now that every member of The Shield has WWE gold around their waist who or more importantly what is it going to take down a trio of guys who are on their way to becoming the best stable of all time, if the WWE doesn’t screw it up of course. Is there any babyface in the mid card that can match Dean Ambrose‘s intensity? Is there any tag team or two guys that could work together that can stop the brutal force of Roman Reigns or the high-flying ability of Seth Rollins? The members of The Shield and the WWE are in a PERFECT spot to not only capitalize on the moment, but allow these guys to blossom into stars for years and even decades to come.
:’The Highlight Reel’ featuring Chris Jericho made a return to Smackdown. I get it, the WWE wants Ryback to be a top star, he’s starting to get there; but does Chris Jericho have to make everyone?
Kofi Kingston United States Champion v. Cody Rhodes
: The past few months, I use months loosely, the life of a WWE Superstar has been like this; if you aren’t involved in a feud and are granted a few minutes of television time each week you get a throw away match. This as just another case of what the hell is the WWE doing with their mid card? Oh yeah, Kofi won.
Damien Sandow v. Baron Corbin
: Corbin making his NXT debut in a squash, I mean match against Damien Sandow. I can never be too biased because the closet I’ve come to being a professional wrestler is the backyard wrestling league I was in for two weeks, but either Baron Corbin and Sandow didn’t get a chance to really talk before their match, or the kid just needs work. Either way after the match Damien challenged Big E Langston for the NXT Title.
: Adrian Neville and Bo Dallas were backstage, Bo, I think, tried to joke with Neville, but it came across as a bad John Cena joke. It almost foreshadowed a title change however, as Neville gave Dallas a look of doubt as he walked away.
: Epico & Primo v. The Wyatt Family v. Bo Dallas & Adrian Neville Tag Team Champion
Triple Threat Elimination Tag Team Match
: With Oliver Gray out injured I’m not sure who’s getting the worse end of the stick, his tag team partner Adrian Neville, or Gray’s replacement Bo Dallas.
: Besides the booking for this match coming up very short, and boring, considering the talent in the ring. Neville eliminated Primo first then Luke Harper accidentally capitalized taking out Adrian to pick up the win for The Wyatt Family.
: Video package for Summer Rae and Paige’s continuing feud. Isn’t it weird every time someone from NXT gets called up they are either the NXT Champion, or involved in one of the major feuds on NXT. Goes to show the WWE really doesn’t put long term thought into booking.
